That is cheap as I was just at an auction west of brookings by Oldham Sd and it brought just over 11k . The ground can’t be tiled as it is in an old easement by the government and had a lot of potholes but soil rating was high and I farm the piece just a little south . The family that bought it has well over 15k acre of land that’s paid for so I knew I wasn’t gonna buy it
