Bottom of the Mitten | So its just to feed the grid, not for your personal use. If they get enough in the area and they want more of yours you'll be forced under eminent domain. I personally know a farmer that sold the solar company 20 acres of farm land for a sub station. He has no affiliation with solar otherwise. He didn't want to but because that's where they needed the sub station if he didn't sell it they would take it. The money associated with solar sounds good up front but get a good lawyer and read all the fine print. These guys are crooked as snakes. Proceed with caution | |
