Iowa		IF China decides to invade it will be because of their own economic problems. Just google China economy. Yes the ccp is proclaiming a 5% gdp growth rate, but all the investors are saying their economy is in a deflationary spiral. Trumps tariffs will cripple them as their exports are already shrinking and just got 25% more expensive to their biggest customer. Chinas aircraft carriers are remakes of Soviet skit jump era boats, they just launched their first catapult boat - and their best jets are to heavy to take off fully loaded with fuel or munitions - doesn’t sound like a winning strategy if USA gets involved.

So what do you do when your population is shrinking, your economy is faltering, and your under 40 population is about 70% male? You attempt to stir up nationalism with bluster and possibly a war. Their big problem is the majority of their college age kids dont believe it - because no matter how much they sensored the internet their youth can see that they are oppressed compared to those in a democracy.
