Always knew it was a tax. Although tariffs should only raise prices 1 % .The exporter does pickup some of it,as they don't want to lose the sale. Put the rest on the deficit, cut spending and just maybe it might work. If imports cease to exist, which they won't, then we'll deal with it if theres a revenue shortfall.
