The longer we stay at a price that has very good world value, the bigger the hole in our stockpile gets. Put a supply shock on a tight stock to use number and we will get some fireworks. If we don't it signals to me that the world buyers of commodities are pretty comfortable in the farmers, on both sides of the equator, ability to produce a "just in time crop".
