Increase in vulnerable people………..you can say that another way………I would call it an increase in “anti” people.
I wonder if we could eliminate smallpox today? Maybe since it was such a disfiguring disease. Something like that has a bigger effect than a low death rate or a death rate that’s mostly skewed to old people.
