I've been ranting about just this for a long time. We continue to buy billions and billions worth of their junk and they won't even buy a few damn beans from us when they need to buy them from somebody anyway. If they complain about tariffs maybe they should at least make it appear they are trying to make trading a two way street.
China isn't forcing you to buy their stuff and they aren't forced to buy your beans. Stop buying appliances, computers, latest phones, and the cheapest car parts and maybe you won't have a trade deficit with everyone. Hypocrisy starts and ends with individuals. |
