| I have two nav2 controllers I want to upgrade to newer firmware... they both have 5.xx versions...
i have alredy had flash loader and serial cable, and 6.00 version of firmware...
as i know on version 6 it is possible to use Onswath mode, and that is the main reason to making those updates... the second reason is I also have a problem with one of my tractors not performing good on autopilot and I try to improve it with all possible calibrations but stil too lazy... this is my only tractor with nav2 on that low firmware version, other of them have nav3 with 13.xx which drives much better... so i would like to play with those things and try to make it drive better...
i have a few questions before I go into it:
1. how far with updates I can go by myself, as I read on wersion 11 there are needed some calibrations to be done? what type of calibrations are that and can I do i myself to go to latest wersion? If not, which is the latest stabile version before those calibration version?
2. I also have read I must do upgrades step by step, and I have only 6.00 version and the latest 13.xy versions and there are lots of other versions I should not skip? cas someone provide me all the versions I need, or tell me where I can download them?
3. will I gain something in driving performances by upgrading the nav2? i use it in non can tractor so there is no need for newest vehicle profiles, but as I use vehicle profile which not matches tractor model there might be a couse of my troubles with poor performing, but it is not something what could not be improved...
4. can someone send me list of TAP parameters which I like to dive in and play with...
problem with this tractor is too lazy steering, they can just drive straight line but taking the line only when you navigate it directly to the line and straighten the wheels and then engage... there is no problem in calibrations while I tried everything to increase agressivnes, and also not problem with hydraulics while pressing the left/right buttons on hydraulic block manualy steers verry agressive, there is problem in nav2 and wehicle profile, and now i have some time to play with...
if someone has answers to my asks i would be very greatfull... the local trimble support is verry poor in my country so I have to relly to myself...
