Painting problems using rattle can paint. Stumped.

I have had about as good of luck just washing it good. Let it dry a day, then spray primer, or sometimes just paint it.
As others have said, either come back pretty quick or a few days.
It also helps if I do not have real good light when I inspect it.
I always thought spots like that were caused by impurities on the metal.
I had a pickup professionally done that had those. It came from the factory with paint problems.
