So if US soybeans go to a processor in viet nam, and the that meal goes from viet Nam to China, China gets their beans. Or shipload of soybeans goes to Djibouti , parks there for a week, some money changes hands and steam on to China, whose beans went to China? Everyone gets what they want. Everybody wins!
