The title of the video is: "I accept scientific consensus — and you prob should too"
I cannot think of a more unscientific/antiscientific/unserious position to take. It means you take consensus science as dogma. "Science" is your religion.
The process of science, the scientific method is irrelevant to "Science."
Part of the evidence that "Science" is religion is the religious zeal with which consensus positions are defended. Canceling, censorship, name calling, thin skin.
To me the biggest tell is the dogmatic adherence to positions where the answer is impossible to be known with absolute certainty. No room for debate, you are an ignorant backwards buffoon if you disagree.
The contrast is science, the honest pursuit of truth.
Wrong wrong wrong. Science is the opposite of religion.
Religion expects you to believe based on faith, and doesn't like to be questioned.
Science takes nothing on faith, and is always open to questions.
