EC SoDak | I’m guessing it’ll be hard for anyone too far away to get it. The local coop is really small and slow, so you’ll need bins close by or try to bag everything, and it gets pretty aggressive with rents locally. They broke the land up into a lot of tracts, I’m sure so the bids get really high as it’s easier to risk on smaller chunks of ground.
