Subject: RE: Toyota Tundra as a work truck?

East central Iowa
Had a 2018 for 4 years put 65000 miles on it.
Used it for carpentry work truck. Put sumo helpers on and 10 ply tires. Did fine being 500 to 1000 lbs over GVWR every day.
Like to up grade trucks every 3 or so years.

Last fall got a new Ram 2500 6.4 with crew cab. Like it and rides as good as Tundra.(with mods). Ram gets 1 mpg less mileage. 13.8 avg.

Test drove a new 2025 tundra. Very nice truck. Payload in tundra always sucked. Some say new ones need premium gas, don't know for sure.
