I can remember dad made the ones we had on both of our WD's. He would cut off a length of old pitchfork handle probably about 5 inches long and drill a hole through it length ways probably 5/16 diameter and mount on a bolt. I can't remember how it attached to the steering wheel but he probably copied a factory one.
