NE ND | I’m trying to bring back life to the paint of a couple tractors. I’m using wizards turbo cut - finish cut - and Final Cut with a variable rate buffer. Working in my John Deere 8400 that had very faded paint. The sides of the hood look like new now. The top of the hood looks very good but not quite as good and when you look at the right angle seems to still have a cloudy glaze on the paint. Am I not buffing enough with the turbo cut? Should I do it again if after the first time it doesn’t look as good? Or is that as good as it’s gonna get and if I do more I’m gonna ruin the paint?
Hard to show pictures that illustrate what I mean, but I’m gonna do a case IH 9270 next and wanna get some more pointers cause the red paint I think it’ll be more noticeable.
