It's never good to see those appear. Sometimes caused by bending/flexing the track too sharply over an obstacle. I have some similar in a set of Bridgestone tracks that haven't got any worse in the last 700 hrs. Tracks currently have 1250hrs and have battle scars, but will run till cables fail or tread is shot.
