Quebec
Because you went from this:

"America is deeply fortunate to have a neighbor like Canada," Trump said. "We have before us the opportunity to build even more bridges, and bridges of cooperation and bridges of commerce." Feb 2017

To these:

“If people wanted to play the game right, it would be 100% certain that they’d become a state,”

"Trump’s National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett also suggested Monday the president could be serious about wanting to annex Canada, arguing to CNBC the U.S. didn’t begin with 50 states. “When the US was founded, how many states did we have? And how many do we have now?” Hassett said. “And so, is it outlandish?"

"Canada only works as a state," Trump said Thursday. "We don’t need anything they have. As a state, it would be one of the great states anywhere. This would be the most incredible country, visually. If you look at a map, they drew an artificial line right through it, between Canada and the U.S. Just a straight, artificial line. Somebody did it a long time ago, many many decades ago. Makes no sense. It’s so perfect as a great and cherished state."

"You get rid of that artificially drawn line, and you take a look at what that looks like, and it would also be much better for national security,” Trump said at his Mar-a Lago home in Florida on Tuesday. “Canada and the United States, that would really be something.”

"Therefore, Canada should become our Cherished 51st State. Much lower taxes, and far better military protection for the people of Canada - AND NO TARIFFS!"

"To be clear, we never agreed that Canada would not be the 51st state. We only agreed to share Premier Eby’s comments. Further, we said the best way to understand President Trump’s position is to take what he says at face value. "

Those are on top of the bull-excrement tariffs games you are playing.
