Is he a yearling heifer bull?

He has a lot of hair, thick hair.

I’d blood test him & worm him. Could he be some sort of sub clinical anaplasmosis


He would be a 3 year old now.

Pretty cold long hard winter. Just recently started to warm up but still have some 30 degree temps. So hair shedding hasn't happened yet.
