Everyone heals differently. I had full tear and two partial. Couldn’t lift arm above waist without help from other arm. Did surgery, felt better immediately, never took pain pill, iced for 4 days, did all the therapy they asked. After 8 weeks lite duty, 100% by 12 weeks. Good luck!
