I started to try to figure this out and the first thought that came to mind, wait a minute, a couple of guys SHOULD'VE got some (a lot of) advice ahead of time, so they could have made better (even less costly possibly) decisions BEFORE starting anything. Hopefully, they can undo or fix somethings they've already done.
I hope my first assessment of this being a cluster something is wrong.
