I tried making one of those a couple weeks ago. Haven't caught a single rat. Put out 7 of the old snap bar spring traps Saturday night and I was up to 30 kills when I reset them today.
I built one for mice using a 5 gallon bucket and soda can quite a few years ago after seeing it posted here.
Never caught a single one.
A few months ago, I had a bucket with a few inches of water in the old garage and a dead mouse in it. |
