mercer county, il | I guess it’s kinda like when NH3 spiked over 1000/ton the first time I remember. Lots of griping and bellyaching, but with insurance guarantees, and the $$$ from the prior crop liable to taxes if you don’t continue, guys paid it.
It’s all betting on the come in one way or another, but with the risk management options out there, guys will keep doing it, for a plethora of reasons.
And the sad reality of it is, this site will always kinda paint it with rose colored glasses, because the guy who went teats up and quit posting will go unnoticed among the rest that squeaked by to a profit, or didn’t speak up about the loss they ate. | |
