In my centerpoint for ag system my tractor is set up as a fixed asset and I bill expenses to ‘Tractor Repairs’ and I have a choice to putting the whole invoice on one line or breaking it out by line item and assigned a line to a specific fixed asset, much like chirpfarm’s tags.  

I have no intention of keeping bulk oil inventory and assigning it to a specific machine at this time.
