Cold temperatures during, and for a few days after application of Palisade can reduce yield.  (Wish I could tell you what temperature is considered cold, but I can't.)  In cold temperature situations it is advised to apply a half-rate two times, a week apart.  (I've heard a rumor that Syngenta is reformulating Palisade to lessen the problem with cold temperature applications.)
