NW Wisconsin
Here is my honest review of both of them. In december I purchased a 2016 T770 with 2400 hours. I have operated deere as a 331G. The bobcat is leaps and bounds ahead.
Deere has that pile of **** quick attach that is absolutely worthless electric works for a couple hundred hours and fries and they are too expensive to replace. Every deere machine ive been around they never get fixed.
The cab is much quieter in my 770 than the 331. 331 has some vibrations to it. Machine that I wear earmuffs in but all the yanmarrs seem to be loud that way.
With the 770 you will have def/SCR. I had some issues with mine but it was no fault of the machine. Keep mice out of your wiring and you will be fine. 2015 and older will have the Kubota engine without DEF/SCR. But those engines wont have some of the features that an electronically controlled engine has. The anti stall is nice on mine when really pushing it hard.
I have SJC controls in mine and they are much better set up than the deere machines and have a better readout too with the LCD in the top right. Most of the stuff you can figure out by the on board diagnostics.
Where the deere has the advantage is bucket breakout forces. Those things will flat out dig. But I have broken a lower pin on those and that isnt fun I know they fixed that with the P series.
Tracks I know my neighbor has had issues with his and thats pricey to replace. But I think thats with any machine but his was under 1000 hours when stuff started breaking.

The standard around here has been bobcat. Many farms still have there original S185 from the early 2000's. They just dont die.
