I'm glad your brother is OK....that had to have been awful for him. He'll relive those minutes for a long time.
I'll 2nd the encouragement on seatbelt use. An 18 yr old killed near here yesterday didn't have hers on. Crossed the centerline, over-corrected and rolled. She was ejected and died at the scene.
