some years back we were guests of a friend who took us to St. Donatus and a gas station/restaurant.  We've been back several times and it has great food, but our favorite thing is their seasoning.

My friend said he used it on steak and it was the first time his dad ever said how great he'd done.

We use it on steak, pork chops and sometimes roast.  I've found that we like our New York Strip steak and sirloin steaks or fat boneless pork chops done in the air fryer with liberal sprinkling of this as much as doing them on the grill.  Really like the pork chops better than doing on the grill as they don't dry out as much.

We've tried a few other seasonings and while they're okay, this one has always been liked the best by us and friends.

We don't live anywhere near this place but we've found their seasoning at Fareway and a few other places.  I saw it on Amazon but don't need 2 pounds of it! Or if you have a Thiesen's I think you can get it online.  Theisen's Online seasoning
