NCKS | 95% of the time if you're confident and can explain what you're doing and the reasoning your landlord is going to be happy he has someone competent farming their ground. Life is too short for the other 5%. And around here as long as you're not broadcasting urea as your only source of N for spring crops I believe you can.
If you're not tilling it in I think urea is a bad investment for all parties.
