Kinda hard to wrap my head around why anyone would wish for rain in the spring or complain about a dry spring.
For those of us that are on the dry side we too dont want floods or knee deep mud every Spring..For a change we just want to see some close to normal rainfall..Lots of times when its dry here in the Spring, its also very dry in the Summer..We dont want a 4th dry year in a row..The climate here in SW MO is totally different than northern or eastern MO... |
