| About the only thing a drug screen sorts out anymore is the folks who want a job and are employable will pass.
Notice I didn't say they didn't use. They just are smart enough to pass.
I know of one manager who took to telling perspective employees how to pass, as he had no applicants that were not using.
He figured many failed as they did not want the job.
The ones that failed that wanted the job could not follow directions, so they were weeded out that way.
