McCanna, ND | There’s 2 critical parts to how well an auto steer system performs like mentioned. The physical system doing the steering, and also the correction signal being used.
You can have a RTK system but if it’s on a wore out light front end poorly setup steering system it’s going to make squiggly lines that are visible. Can have a properly tuned and setup steering system running on waas but it drifts 6-8” due to the correction source being used.
I’ve been putting on a lot of these Topcon value line steering systems on sound guard Deeres. They steer really nice. Can send me a email if you want more information on them
