Western illinois | My mother was in an accident years ago. State Farm sent a check for her car that I felt was fair, due to my estimation from on line sources. A few days later she received another check. They said she was underpaid the first time.
I also learned years ago that there is no such thing as being 100% at fault. I was hit going through a town and the other admitted fault. Ins co said no such thing. He wouldn’t have hit me if I hadn’t been there. Therefore, partially my fault. | |
