Latimer, Iowa (north central)		We pay 100% of the tile cost on rented ground also pay the same rent as before it was tiled.

I do get a 7 year pro-rated agreement that if we don't continue to rent the farm that we are reimbursed for whatever % of the 7 years is left.

You pay for tile here whether you have it or not.
