Says right there on the label what appears to be 3.4 pounds per gallon, though its not perfectly clear in the picture. So if it is in fact 3.4 pounds per gallon, then 37.65 fluid ounces per acre = 1 pound of AMS

3 pounds (desired AMS Rate)/3.4 pounds per gallon(amount in Aqua AMS) * 128 = 112.94 (0.88 galllons per acre) fluid ounces per acre for 3# of actual AMS
