E.Central MN | I'm not sure how any company can defend themselves against the claims made by so many ambulance chasers when juries don't trust the companies to start with. A lot of people look at the injured party and think it's necessary to help them out and the only way to do that is to hold the big business to blame because THAT'S WHERE THE MONEY IS. It's pretty easy to look at the population of agricultural workers who have been far more exposed to glyphosate than the non-ag workers and ask the simple question: If glyphosate is that dangerous wouldn't farmers have skyrocketing rates of damage from it by now? People don't think about how they are more exposed to a whole slew of chemicals in their daily lives than people were 100 years ago. | |
