Jim I like your system of cleaning as it saves a lot of wear and tear on the truck. Used to have a small Carter disk that worked for years but for some reason it would not work on the newer varieties of wheat after moving away from Neepawa variety. Not sure on the cost but its a bit cheaper than buying new seed every year.
