Give the heifers the pasture. They definitely won’t need the shelter till after the steer is finished. If he’s 715 lbs now he should easily finish by early fall. Good cows don’t need much shelter anyway. The shelter would be more for you to work in if you need to handle them during calving. You’re going to need a plan to get them bred. Probably about June or July. |
