If the land is valued according to its ability to produce, it shouldn't matter if it is good ground or not.
I know when we were kids, Dad had about 20 acres of hay left. I talked him into putting hay on the good ground.
We had plenty of hay with 5 or 6 acres.
Can you convert $350 rented ground to grass
