I would keep it simple this first round.  Just feed all 3 to get them fat and sell them as fats or eat one.  

       Maybe next round buy 3 bred cows at the monthly cow sale.  3 girls 8 months along with experience bring them home let them calve in.  When calves are ready to wean then send cows back to sale barn as pound cows.  Keep the 3 calves to finish out again.  

      We are working on calving heifers right now.  They can be hard when things are planned well.  Not sure I would recommend you calving heifers if your wanting 4 boys to have a good first experience.
