SE Iowa | Lots of tillage going on around these parts as well. I did level a flat creek bottom that got tiled recently to smooth it out so I’m not innocent but this dirt shouldn’t move anywhere either. It was deep chiseled and going to beans so a stale seed bed doesn’t scare me. I know of a guy throwing in beans right now and heard of some guys talking of doing some corn too. Weather looks wet going forward so I would be extremely hesitant to try but we are dry dry and it doesn’t seem to rain here recently. Conditions now would be perfect if it were mid April. | |
