If a guy Planted oats, certified it, hayed it, and double cropped corn silage last year He could
1. keep his cows at home(and save the environment by not hauling cattle).
2. receive an $80 an acre ECAP payment for oats
3. sell $2300 calves this spring.

So why not both?
