I suspect some of what is alleged is absolutely true, some of it is kinda twisted into being true, and some of it is just for hype. The firehose approach is a two way sword, the more you "expose" the more attention it brings, but also anything false put out there hurts the accuser's credibility. It'll all get sorted out, I'm sure.
