Cherokee iowa | Little under 17 months. Figured right about 3lb per day the whole way through. Everyone got me thinking about cutting this guy up into a lot of cuts. I guess I can always hamburger the next one. Edit this one going to the sale with a few of his brothers. Same age as what I’m butchering. Hopefully get a 1600 weight.
