Antifreeze in the oil is a drastic no-no, no matter how small the amount.

He wasn't talking about antifreeze. Any antifreeze is bad, but you're not going to notice a cup of antifreeze that gets evaporated changing the oil if you don't test it either. He's talking about condensation from sitting more than running. An engine that runs ten minutes every day gets way more damage from condensation build up than one that runs all day every three months.
