For reference, I have a tandem axle truck with a Cummins M11 that only gets driven a couple hundred miles a year. It hasn't had the oil changed in seven years. I sent off an oil sample this spring to Blackstone Labs and they said there is no reason to change it yet. No moisture in the oil, and this truck sits in an unheated shed.
Would you change the engine oil?
