Dirt in/on snow is what I wondered as well. But, there has not been too much snow around there and I think its mostly gone now.

The road is access to a field from a county highway. My late dad bought a land locked parcel in the 1960s and also a strip along the edge so he would have access w/o any easement issues. Its just really a dirt track that is barely been built up over the field. I suspect there is at least 1 "free" row the neighbor is getting on the edge of it already. Road is only used for field access so only gets any "traffic" for the growing season.

I think he is worried there is so much dirt piled there its going to be a problem getting across. Not sure he wants me to do anything about it or just a heads up. Living >3hrs from there its not like I can zip over to check it out.
