ecmn
I have a burnt up combine with a C9 engine in it. If I could find a 60/70 series Deere articulate I would drop that engine in there no second thoughts about it. No electronics to make the swap difficult.

Later model tractors you could easily physically bolt a used cat engine in a deere.tractor and it would be a heck of an improvement. The biggest challenge or question is would the transmission be able to function even in a manual mode as a basic power shift if it saw no engine?
