I'm right with you on acres + or - 1.0 either way.
The global corn stocks number (not US) is the sleeping giant. Just not enough exportable stocks.
The financial condition of farms will be a limiting factor in corn acres, but the dry start will encourage acres but limit yield eventually.
Beans don't pencil well but will be the default crop in non-I states.
All in all, next week's numbers will be just that, numbers.
Weather matters. We will have a seasonal rally which will allow profitable hedging opportunities. Be patient.
