| You bet I would. I want to keep a good landlord happy.
Here there is always someone wanting to cause a problem. This just makes one less thing for them to antagonize him over.
If the land or the person is marginal, that might be different
It is not uncommon for me to spend that much or more on improvements on rented land.
It is also not uncommon for me to farm a piece until the landlord dies.
I suspect the 2 things may be related. | |
