Your haybine pump looks similar to my NH 499 but it is only 540 rpm. I think it was only an 8-9 GPM.... If your pump is old and has some wear, then it wont put out the minimum to power your 2 vacs. I think 2 vacs take 10-12 GPM?
My setup was just for a 1760 w/ 1 vac. I had big ideas of doing Variable Rate with my setup but got lost in the weeds and lost interest.
